GENERAL TERMS

I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason. In case of cancellation, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the amount of work completed.

Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation of the commission. I also reserve the right to refuse future work with the client.

Unless requested otherwise, I may post commissioned artwork on my social media and include it in my portfolio.

You are welcome to repost or share the artwork as long as proper credit is given.

All commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Commercial use, reproduction, resale, merchandising, publishing, or any other profit-related usage must be discussed and agreed upon separately before use.

The artwork may not be used in connection with NFTs, cryptocurrency, blockchain technologies, AI datasets, AI-generated content, or similar technologies, present or future.

PAYMENT

Payment is required in full upfront.

Payment must be completed within 48 hours after confirmation. If you need more time, please let me know in advance. If there is no response after reminders, the commission will be canceled.

Payments are made through LavaTop using PayPal or a credit/debit card.

Additional fees may apply for:

rush orders with tight deadlines;

complex character design work;

commissions based only on text descriptions or moodboards without clear references.

Final pricing depends on the complexity of the commission.

Work will not begin until payment has been received.

PROCESS

Once I start working, I will send sketch previews (and flat colors if needed) for approval before moving on to the final rendering stage.

You may change your character or YCH slot before I begin working on your order. Once the sketch has been approved, major changes such as switching characters or poses will no longer be allowed.

REVISIONS

The client is entitled to up to 3 major revisions during the sketch phase.

After completion, small edits such as minor detail fixes or color adjustments are allowed within reason.

Requests that require significant additional work may result in extra charges depending on complexity.

REFUND POLICY

You may request a full refund if:

no progress has been made for two consecutive months after your commission enters the queue;

the commission has not been completed within four months.

These conditions do not apply in cases of serious unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergencies, accidents, or other valid interruptions.
